What happened...
A long-standing Turnaround client, eSolutions has a clear mantra: On Time, On Budget, On Quality. The focus of this workshop was to deliver that message through a practical team experience. Chocolate Factory was chosen to bring those three principles to life.
And the outcomes...
The first round was chaotic, with three teams producing poor results. In the second round, participants could reorganise themselves. They came together, worked out how to be more efficient and achieved a perfect score—one of the first groups to do so in Chocolate Factory's history. They delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality. The client summed it up: “The chocolate factory delivered the message that I wanted to have, and the mission accomplished one more time.”
