PwC Academy wanted its annual internal staff workshop to be fun and engaging, while retaining a clear learning focus. Chocolate Factory gave the group a safe, energetic environment in which the whole team could get involved. Participants connected the simulation directly to the realities of turbulent conditions, changing customer expectations, team alignment and adapting processes. Feedback described the experience as fun, intellectually stimulating and genuinely useful, with the learning seen as relevant to real workplace challenges rather than simply a feel-good activity.
